 The price quotations given during the consultation for establishment are effective for a duration of 30 calendar days starting from the consultation date. If you do not confirm the establishment within this 30-day period, your hair measurements will be reevaluated, and a new consultation fee will be required. Additionally, the price for the establishment may change. Please note that consultation fees are non-refundable. 

To secure a reservation for the establishment, a retainer fee of $100 is mandatory. This amount will be applied as a credit toward the overall establishment expenses.

Before receiving any of our services. it is essential that your hair is shampooed, thoroughly clean, and free from any products for a minimum of 24 hours. DO NOT BLOW DRY

Please be aware that retainer fees are non-reversible and non-refundable.

 New establishment clients are required to schedule their follow-up visit within 4 weeks from the date of their initial establishment. If this time frame is not met, standard retightening rates will be applied. 

• 48-Hours Notice: If a cancellation occurs at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment, 50% of the retainer fee will be forfeited.
• Same-Day Cancellation or No Show: If the appointment is cancelled on the same day or there is no call/no show 100% of the retainer fee will be forfeited.

 If you fail to attend your scheduled appointment, any payment made will not be refunded. Additionally, kindly inform us if you anticipate running behind schedule. We allow a 15-minute grace period, but if you are 30 minutes late for a retie appointment, it will be automatically canceled 

An appointment is necessary for all our services. Please expect a response within 24-48 hours. Prices and policies may be modified at any time. We regret that, due to limited space, we cannot accommodate additional guests.
